Mr. Banarse takes pride in being named employee of the year at a previous company and working closely with Paramount’s technical leadership over the past three years, contributing to a successful Super Bowl and co-authoring a blog with Paramount+’s senior vice president. He aims to continue advancing Yugabyte, targeting expansion into Fortune 500 and Global 2000 clients. His long-term vision is to establish his own technology company. His move from Chicago to the Bay Area was motivated by a desire to immerse himself in startup culture and gain firsthand insights into company building and startup ecosystems.
