Additionally, he is a licensed professional engineer with certifications from the Florida Board of Professional Engineers, the New Mexico Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors, the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, and the Kansas State Board of Technical Professions.
Reflecting on his path, Mr. Readio recalls his early fascination with technology, sparked by his older brother, who introduced him to programming with an HV25 during college. He takes great pride in surviving 33 years in the demanding utility industry, attributing his success to his resilience and adaptability. For aspiring professionals, he advises staying true to oneself and taking ownership of mistakes, believing that honesty is key to personal growth and career success. Looking ahead, he plans to retire soon, envisioning relaxing days spent on the beach.
