Earlier in his career, he was appointed as the assistant manager at WAGO Corporation following six years as senior engineer in production and shop floor manufacturing at Pearl Polymers Limited. Mr. Verma began his professional journey as senior executive in production and shop floor manufacturing at Ashoka Metal Decor Ltd.
Mr. Verma’s professional affiliations are extensive. To support his professional ambitions, Mr. Verma pursued an education at GCIC Ghazipur in India, completing undergraduate coursework. He ultimately concluded his formal academic efforts at Harcourt Butler Technical University in Kanpur, India in 1998, graduating with a Bachelor of Technology in chemical technologies. Mr. Verma subsequently obtained several certifications that have further enhanced his expertise, including as a certified supply chain professional from the Greater North Jersey Chapter of ASCM in 2012, a SAP S/4HANA Deep Dive certification from SAP in 2015, and certification as a generative AI solution architect from SAP in 2024, among others.
Mr. Verma is dedicated to sharing knowledge through participating as an invited speaker at industry events and participating on the editorial boards for ESP International Journal of Advancements in Computational Technology. Having co-authored “Building Smarter Supply Chains: How Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence are Reshaping the Supply Chain – With Expert Insights” for Influencer Magazine UK in 2020, he has likewise penned articles for International Journal of Computer Trends and Technology on topics like medical device sales via SAP supply chain systems and effective execution of mergers and acquisitions for IT supply chains. Throughout his career, Mr. Verma has been recognized for numerous professional milestones including being invited to test the Digital Manufacturing Cloud Release at SAP in 2020. He was also honored for his innovative work in mergers and acquisitions business integration timeline speedup in 2019.
