In addition to his positions at Gritstone Technologies, Mr. Thekkenaduvath co-founded BrokerQuoter and MonsterQuoter in 2019, where he currently serves as chief technical officer. Among other noteworthy roles solidifying his reputation as a visionary in his field, Mr. Thekkenaduvath held concurrent positions at VensureHCM and Vensure Employer Services as the chief executive officer & managing director and as the chief software development officer, respectively.
Mr. Thekkenaduvath began his career at KRAN Consulting, where he served as a technical team lead and helped solve problems in the eGovernance sector in the early days of internet. He subsequently worked for UST Global, as an engineering lead, a delivery manager and a strategic account manager focusing on hunting and acquiring Fortune 100 clients. His tenure at Vanguard, one of the world’s largest investment companies, occurred during a significant period of growth, where he was involved in enterprise platform transformations, driving strategy and execution within the retirement and international business divisions.
Mr. Thekkenaduvath’s academic background laid a strong foundation for his professional achievements. He initially earned a Bachelor of Technology in electrical engineering from the University of Kerala, India before concluding his studies with a Bachelor of Technology in electrical and electronics engineering from the University of Calicut in Kerala, India in 2003. Mr. Thekkenaduvath’s education has been instrumental in shaping his practical and pragmatic approach to business, which he greatly attributes to his success alongside his passion for supporting his community.
Born in Kerala, India, Mr. Thekkenaduvath remains civically active as the co-founder of the EDUS Foundation alongside his wife since 2009, which focuses on educating children and uplifting the less fortunate through employability within their native country. An ardent believer of true education and honorable employment opportunities, he notably founded Planck Epoch Institute of Professional Studies, which aims to transform employability concerns in the new age of artificial intelligence (AI). As an expert in his field, he has been invited to speak at multiple locations, sharing his technology and business strategy insights.
