Before joining the publicly traded company, Mr. Tayerle garnered success as a master control operator with WFLX Radio Station in West Palm Beach, Florida. He also excelled at Malrite Guaranteed Broadcast Partners in Philadelphia, as well as Rendezvous Records, a Los Angeles-based record label, as a service manager.
Crediting his passion for radio to his father, who worked as a design engineer for Dana Weatherhead, Mr. Tayerle became fascinated by their inner workings while coming of age during the late 1950s. His father became a significant mentor over the years, and his interest in electronics continued to blossom. Among his most notable accomplishments, Mr. Tayerle designed a studio for a producer with his own equipment while working for a record label. Consequently, the project resulted in the band Meatloaf’s record “Bat Out of Hell” selling over 43 million copies globally.
