Ms. Dharmarajan also credits her strong foundation in engineering, developed during her undergraduate studies and further enhanced through her master’s degree, as a cornerstone of her career success. However, she believes that excelling in the corporate world demands more than just technical expertise. Her journey from a recent graduate to a seasoned professional at Oracle taught her valuable lessons, including the importance of entrepreneurship, which she gained through participating in Oracle’s prestigious entrepreneurship program. She emphasizes the importance of understanding the fundamentals of how processes and systems operate, noting that this critical aspect is often overlooked.
