With nearly two decades of experience, Mr. Ghadge has established a successful career in energy, specializing in hydrogen compressors. Since 2022, he has served as a project engineer at Compass Energy Systems Ltd., where he leads teams comprising designers, drafters, document controllers, and project managers. His responsibilities include ensuring safe, efficient, and optimal package designs for long-term operation. His experience also includes senior mechanical engineer at PDC Machines from 2021 to 2022, project manager at Chemex Global from 2020 to 2021, and project engineer and gas processing manager at Enerflex Ltd. from 2013 to 2020. Earlier roles include project engineer at Atlas Copco, design analyst at Lamar University, mechanical engineer at Inox Air Products, and HVAC trainee at United Refrigeration Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Ghadge also dedicates his time as president of Jeevanvidya Center Inc. and has volunteered with the organization since 2016. He is also a senior member of IEEE and an active member of Sigma Phi. Reflecting on his path, Mr. Ghadge has made significant contributions to various engineering projects, particularly in the development of compressor packages. One of his key achievements is the design of a high-pressure compressor for the hydropower plant at the Three Gorges Dam in China, renowned as the largest dam in the world. Additionally, he has worked on innovative solutions for gas distribution, including the design of a mobile gas refilling station that stands out for its economic efficiency and popularity. He also takes great pride in a major project completed in Nigeria in 2020, where he co-designed a comprehensive gas distribution plan with a team of six engineers to address the lack of access to natural gas for cooking. Looking to the future, his goal is to leverage AI to reduce repetitive tasks, enhance efficiency, and minimize errors, allowing him to focus on innovation and quality.
