His primary focus is on Microsoft Azure, but he also enjoys working with other cloud platforms.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Truex earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Advancing Technology in 2003 and multiple professional credentials through Amazon Web Services Inc., Microsoft, Google, and other organizations, making him highly qualified in his career. Fascinated by technology, he began his career in tech support and sales at GoDaddy Operating Company. He subsequently worked for several other organizations throughout his career, including Gravity Webworks as a senior developer, Nerdery as a software engineer, Savvas Learning Company LLC as a senior cloud engineer, and Guaranteed Rate Inc. as a DevOps engineer. Besides his continued success at AVEVA Group Limited, Mr. Truex has owned 3 Mystic Apes LLC since 2011.
Since joining AVEVA, Mr. Truex has successfully re-architectured a major update to one of the Aveva offerings, which provides significant benifits for the upgrade. Among his previous accomplishments, he was recognized for launching the Ping.com website, which he continued to develop long after its initial launch. Crediting much of his success to the numerous professional connections he has established throughout his career, Mr. Truex enhanced his skills and earned innumerable professional opportunities.
