Mr. Piarvou began his remarkable career in his native Belarus in 1999 as a software developer at the Electronics Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus. Over the years, he earned positions as a software developer and team lead at Aeromash in Belarus, senior application embedded software developer at Zoran, and, among other roles, software engineer IV at Elo Touch Solutions. Mr. Piarvou joined Novanta Inc. and NDS Surgical Imaging as a senior software developer in 2012 and continued progressing.
Throughout his career, Mr. Piarvou enjoyed working with leading multinational corporations throughout Asia, including South Korea, Japan and Taiwan, and in European markets, such as Germany, the U.K., and the Czech Republic. These unique experiences have shaped his capabilities, particularly in an industry that thrives in the international market.
Highly educated, Mr. Piarvou holds a master’s degree in computer science from Belaruski Nacyjanal’ny Tehnièny Universitet since 2001. He also completed a software development class through UCSC Silicon Valley Extension and additional software architect courses through IDesign Inc. Furthermore, Mr. Piarvou garnered software architect certification through Global Dev Expertise.
