Nawaf Khalife, solutions architect at Quantam Solutions, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Engineers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in information technology.
Throughout a career that has spanned 35 years so far, Mr. Khalife has established himself as a hard worker and a critical thinker who’s unafraid to take on complex projects — even those that others might consider impossible to complete. Since 2013, he has served as a solutions architect at Quantam Solutions, an information technology (IT) consulting company that aids clients in business strategy, analytics, risk management, long-term planning, cybersecurity and project management, among other services. Mr. Khalife brings a wide range of skills to bear for the company’s benefit, including comfort talking to both developers and business managers, knowledge of multiple programming languages and a thoughtful approach to the workflow of processes. He has demonstrated consistent ability to break down complicated problems and engineer solutions, leading to successful outcomes for even the most daunting projects.
Most recently, Mr. Khalife has been heavily involved in high-stakes consulting projects with the state of Michigan. In 2024 he finished work on new software for Michigan’s prison system, which helps the state more efficiently keep and organize inmate records. Mr. Khalife also spearheaded the creation of the “Automatic Set Aside” system, whereby the expungement of criminal records is fully automated. He was recognized by the state of Michigan for his contributions to this program. Beyond individual projects, Mr. Khalife provides general support to the Quantam Solutions team in resolving technical problems. He also specializes in translating business requirements into technical specifications, making him a primary point of contact between the business and technical sides of the company.
Before joining Quantam Solutions, Mr. Khalife gained experience in such positions as senior software engineer at Hewlett-Packard Company, business data analyst at Community Network Services and consultant with multiple companies, including Stout Systems, Robert Half Technology, Merit Enterprise and Accenture. His first major role was as a project engineer for Domain Systems Inc. in 2002, where he provided Oracle and UNIX maintenance and designed applications to aid product lifecycle management.
Mr. Khalife’s performance in the field was born of his academic journey. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with an additional focus on computer engineering from Wayne State University. Subsequently, Mr. Khalife earned a Master of Science in information technology management from Colorado Technical University in 2005. He has added to his education through numerous programs with Microsoft. In 2013, Mr. Khalife was certified in Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications, installation and deployment, customization and configuration, and extending. He completed certification for programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 in 2014.
Outside of his professional life, Mr. Khalife is a dedicated husband and a devoted father to two daughters and one son. In his free time, he enjoys spending time in nature, working out and engaging in charity, especially through donating food and clothing to those in need. As he looks ahead, Mr. Khalife believes he will continue working full-time until he turns 70. Even once he retires, he intends to stay updates on the latest advancements in technology. Mr. Khalife is not yet sure what his life after retirement will look like, but in the meantime, he is eager to continue his work with Quantam Solutions in advancing citizen engagement and government efficiency.
