In this capacity, he is responsible for attending meetings, conducting research, troubleshooting complex issues, designing network solutions, and, among other tasks, collaborating with team members while also monitoring operations and maintenance.

Leveraging his expansive expertise in SQL firewall management, engineering architecture, network design and architecture, network performance optimization, and other areas of the field, Mr. Fleurival has been instrumental in delivering robust solutions. During his tenure at Science Applications International Corporation Inc., he oversaw a hardware refresh for prominent clients, including Nexus and Cisco. This initiative optimized security and scalability for users while ensuring uninterrupted service during the transition. Mr. Fleurival completed 10 client solutions from headquarters, producing comprehensive documentation and creating templates for all network subnetting. Additionally, he developed critical documents for the design and implementation of Palo Alto firewalls.

Before being acquired by his company, Mr. Fleurival was a senior network designer at Engineering NewGen Technologies Inc., Avid and M.C. Dean Inc., dating back to 2018. He also held similar roles with companies like Altus Technology, Booz Allen Hamilton, Cornerstone Defense, Navistar Inc., and SWA Cyber Center between 2012 and 2018.

Mr. Fleurival’s earlier tenure included appointments as a network engineer specializing in JWICS, SIPRNet, and NIPRNet environments at CACI International Inc. from 2010 to 2012, following a similar role with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security/TWD between 2009 and 2010, where he ensured the integrity of critical communication systems.

Between 2008 and 2009, Mr. Fleurival served as a senior network engineer with the U.S. Army/SAIC/Ryan Consulting Group, where he supported the military’s communications infrastructure. Previously, he worked as a senior network administrator for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Washington, D.C., where he managed essential systems supporting government operations. Mr. Fleurival began his career as a senior network engineer at Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington, D.C., starting in 2000, where he maintained vital health care information systems.

Mr. Fleurival’s academic foundation includes a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, earned in 2000. He further distinguished himself by earning several industry credentials, including CISCO learning partner certification, advanced security practitioner certification from CompTIA Inc., and Microsoft certified systems engineer certification from Microsoft. These credentials have enabled Mr. Fleurival to remain at the forefront of technological advancements within his field.

As part of his continued success, Mr. Fleurival has been actively engaged through memberships with CSCI Alumni and GIT Alumni.

Throughout his two-decade career, Mr. Fleurival has demonstrated exceptional proficiency across multiple domains of information technology and networking.
