Mr. Sellers has established himself in the agricultural and engineering sectors, currently serving as the senior solution sales engineer at Giro Pack Inc. (USA) since 2024. Since being acquired by Giro Pack Inc. (USA), Mr. Sellers achieved a significant milestone by successfully selling a project valued at nearly $13 million within his first year. This accomplishment generated substantial momentum for the company and solidified his reputation as an initiator who drives projects forward and generates widespread interest.

Giro Pack Inc., based in Spain, has been established in the U.S. for many years, having recently celebrated its 100th anniversary. Historically, the company has specialized in creating mesh bags for fruits and vegetables, commonly found in grocery stores. Giro Pack Inc. initially manufactured these bags and later developed machinery to package the fruit in them. The company’s success has earned it recognition as an innovative leader in sustainable packaging systems for fresh produce.

Mr. Sellers was a solutions engineer at TOMRA Food from 2021 to 2024. In this role, he contributed to advancing food sorting and processing technologies, leveraging his technical expertise to deliver growth and profitability. Between 2016 and 2021, Mr. Sellers was an application engineer at Flowserve Corporation, where he provided technical support and engineering solutions for fluid motion control products. During 2020, he also served as an interim sales engineer at Flowserve Corporation, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of pumps, valves and seals, expanding his experience in client relations and sales strategy within the engineering sector.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Sellers was a senior project member at Norwich University from 2014 to 2015, where he contributed to research initiatives and collaborative engineering projects. In 2013, he served as an undergraduate research fellow at Norwich University, focusing on applied mechanical engineering research. Mr. Sellers’s professional journey began in 2012 as an electrical technician at Raytheon.

Mr. Sellers’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont, completed in 2015, and a Master of Science in engineering from the University of California, Riverside, earned in 2020. He has also obtained the certified entry-level Python programmer credential from the OpenEDG Python Institute in 2024. These academic achievements have provided Mr. Sellers with a strong foundation in both theoretical knowledge and practical application, which has supported his success across various roles.

Active civically, Mr. Sellers is involved with Lions Clubs International, reflecting his commitment to service and community engagement. Based in Illinois, the nonprofit international service organization is devoted to helping save sight. However, the nonprofit also feeds the hungry, aids seniors and people with disabilities and more. Mr. Sellers’s dedication to the Lions Club is due to his experiences being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at age 13.

Mr. Sellers attributes much of his professional growth to influential mentors and his mother, whose decision to teach high school mathematics for the U.S. Department of Defense led them to Germany when he was nine. Growing up abroad until graduating high school exposed him to diverse cultures and perspectives, an experience that profoundly shaped his communication skills and adaptability in multicultural environments.

Looking ahead, Mr. Sellers aspires to advance to a director position, overseeing sales engineers across regions in the U.S. and Canada, with support from a dedicated U.S.-based team. His goal is to establish a self-sufficient team within the company’s U.S. operations.
