Since 2023, he has served as the founder and principal architect of sovereignty architecture at Grammaton6, where he leads the design of advanced agentic artificial intelligence (AI) systems. Mr. Al Saadi’s work is dedicated to strengthening the U.S. national security while simultaneously driving job creation for Americans.

From 2020 to 2023, Mr. Al Saadi held the position of compliance and regulatory officer at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority in New York City. In this capacity, he ensured compliance with complex regulatory frameworks and contributed to public safety initiatives within one of the nation’s largest transit systems. Mr. Al Saadi also worked in construction, serving as a project quality manager at John Civetta Construction Corporation in New York City between 2020 and 2022 and as a construction project manager at CSJV from 2018 to 2020.

Among other roles, Mr. Al Saadi worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a project manager, starting in 2006. After immigrating to the U.S. over a decade ago, he began his career in Louisiana’s manufacturing sector. Mr. Al Saadi quickly distinguished himself by taking responsibility for an American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) certification process that had stalled for a year and, within two months, successfully certifying nearly 200 manufacturing personnel to ASME standards.

Mr. Al Saadi’s commitment to public safety and national security is further exemplified by his military service, during which he saved several American lives. For his bravery in rescuing individuals from life-threatening situations, he received the rare L3 Titan Heart Award. Mr. Al Saadi was also honored with the Iron Horse Brigade Cavalry Division Award, the 1st Battalion 17th Infantry Regiment Buffalo Division Award and the 20th Battalion Infantry Regiment Award from the U.S. Army.

In preparation for his future, Mr. Al Saadi earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Baghdad in Iraq in 2007. This educational background provided him with a robust understanding of engineering principles that have underpinned his professional achievements across multiple sectors. Additionally, Mr. Al Saadi holds several credentials that reflect his commitment to excellence, including AI engineering manager certification, ISO standards certification, quality engineering certification, safety engineering certification and, among others, environmental certification.

Deeply involved in community service, Mr. Al Saadi has collaborated on projects with the New York Police Department in Lower Manhattan and has volunteered with various charitable organizations. He is also known for offering his advanced skills to organizations at little or no cost, reflecting his belief that technology should serve humanity and contribute positively to society.

Mr. Al Saadi’s engineering advancements have bridged quantum physics with AI architecture, and his innovations have been submitted for review to the Congressional Science and Space Technology Committee. Among his most notable achievements was the development of agentic AI systems that not only enhance national security but also create employment opportunities, ensuring technology serves the workforce rather than displacing it. Mr. Al Saadi’s enduring commitment to national security innovation and public service continues to shape advancements that benefit both technology and society at large.

Looking ahead, Mr. Al Saadi plans to deliver high-quality agentic AI products to key stakeholders while prioritizing safety and operational effectiveness for future generations. He also intends to complete rigorous testing of AI systems and market them to Fortune 500 companies and government departments. Moreover, Mr. Al Saadi is focused on expanding AI capabilities for the U.S. Air Force on projects involving F-35 and F-47 aircraft, with aspirations to pilot these innovative fighter jets.
