Over more than 10 years, he played a pivotal role on the core team responsible for launching a greenfield engine plant in Huntsville. This experience included time spent in Japan learning the Toyota Production System, which equipped him with advanced knowledge of lean manufacturing principles. Notably, Mr. Wall contributed significantly to the successful launch of five engines at the facility, an achievement he regards as both enriching and impactful. His ability to facilitate communication between organizations was instrumental in these successes.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Wall worked as a vehicle engineer at Nick Mayer Ford West in Avon Lake, Ohio. In this role, he applied his technical acumen to vehicle systems and collaborated with cross-functional teams to address engineering challenges. Before this position, Mr. Wall excelled as a supplier quality field engineer in Powertrain at General Motors, where he ensured supplier compliance with rigorous automotive standards.
Mr. Wall began his professional journey by operating a printing press at Wallace Computer Services, Inc., where he produced shipping labels and barcode systems for major clients, including Federal Express. This foundational experience instilled in him a strong work ethic and attention to detail that would underpin his future achievements.
Mr. Wall’s academic background is impressive. He earned associate degrees in electronics engineering and chemistry. He also obtained a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio.
