Delmar Fadden, Retired Electrical Engineer at Flight Advantage LLC, President at Fadden Consulting, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Engineers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in engineering.
For more than 50 years, Mr. Fadden has been providing his knowledge and skills in the field of electrical engineering. In his long and illustrious career, he has worked in a variety of positions, including with Boeing from 1969 until 1999. He then became a product consultant for Sandel Avionics, Inc., and owner of Delta Papa Ltd. Since 2009, he has owned Flight Advantage LLC, and since 2012, Fadden Consulting.
In addition to his primary positions, Mr. Fadden has served on the board of directors for Sandel Avionics, Inc., since 2011, and has consulted for Boeing P-8A, SeaTac Consulting Inc., Esterline Technologies Corporation, and Connexion by Boeing. He was the chair of the Integration Task Group for the Developer ARP 4754 of SAE International from 1990 to 1996. His career achievements include holding patents for high-integrity system architecture.
In preparation of his work as an engineer, Mr. Fadden first earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Washington in 1963. He continued at the institution to receive a Master of Science in electrical engineering in 1975. He is a licensed commercial pilot of single and multiengine land airplanes and instruments in the state of Washington. He was also president of the Mountaineers Foundation from 1998 to 2001, and was president of the Mountaineers Club from 1984 to 1986, receiving a Service Award from the organization in 1991. Mr. Fadden has also been affiliated with the AIAA, the IEEE, the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, and the American Alpine Club.
