Mr. Richardson’s leadership in this role reflects his deep commitment to safety and operational excellence.

In addition to his commitments to Caddell Construction, Mr. Richardson has served as the owner and project manager of Richco Capital, a real estate investment company he founded in 2021 in Monroe, Louisiana. Under his direction, Richco Capital manages a seven-figure portfolio that continues to expand annually. Mr. Richardson is also actively involved in growing additional real estate ventures through partnerships that focus on short-term rental properties and commercial real estate investments.

From 2022 to 2024, Mr. Richardson excelled as a project manager and estimator at Quality First Marine in Covington, Louisiana. His most notable achievement during this period was leading the successful bid for a government contract with the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries to recover vessels sunk during hurricanes. After dedicating a month to preparing the estimate, Mr. Richardson secured the project, which was completed within budget and on schedule, yielding an exceptional profit margin.

Mr. Richardson previously contributed his expertise as an engineer and environmental inspector at Tetra Tech in Indiana, Pennsylvania, between 2017 and 2021. During this tenure, he notably oversaw a $2.5 billion pipeline project, including the inspection of over 55 miles of natural gas pipeline for Energy Transfer and Sunoco LP.

Among other noteworthy roles in his field, Mr. Richardson worked as a foreman at Price Gregory International, Inc., in Alexander City, Alabama, overseeing field operations. The previous year, he worked as a foreman at Enviro Services & Information Centre in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Mr. Richardson also held positions with companies like Miletello Builders in Monroe and James Construction Group in Ruston, Louisiana. His first position was as a utility environmental inspector at Rich-Co Soil Erosion Control-Environmental in St. Joseph, Louisiana, from 2013 to 2014.

Mr. Richardson’s academic background included earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in management and operations from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2015. This education provided him with essential skills for managing complex projects and leading teams effectively. Mr. Richardson further enhanced his qualifications through numerous credentials, including occupational safety and health professional certification and oil and gas safety and health professional certification from OSHAcademy. He also received a diploma in project management through Alison, a credential in construction quality management for contractors from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New Orleans District, and completed the Sunoco Pipeline Mariner East 2 Environmental Compliance Training Program from Energy Transfer.

Active in his professional community, Mr. Richardson is a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 320. He is also a member of the Monroe chapter of the Coastal Conservation Association, where he is civically engaged as a volunteer and donor for charity events organized by the organization. Additionally, in 2018, Mr. Richardson was recognized by the Governor of Kentucky with membership in the Kentucky Colonels Association.

Throughout his career, Mr. Richardson has demonstrated advanced proficiency in project management, a field in which he is recognized as an expert. He attributes his success to surrounding himself with good people and learning from great mentors. He also notes his father for instilling a strong work ethic that continues to guide his professional journey.
